		<description>Even though I'm not a fan of ham, I do have to congratulate you on how cool these recipes look! 

I actually just made Christmas dinner at my mom's and everything was vegan (except for the ham that she made - grrr!).  Too bad I didn't see this post before then - we could have had a completely vegan Christmas in a singularly vegan house!</description>
